The awesome splendor of the onstage fashion production is the result of the fastidious selection of more than 200 garments and accessories by producer and director, Mrs. Eunice W. Johnson. The spectacular fashions are purchased from the leading fashion designers in America and Europe.

A variety of non-profit groups host Ebony Fashion Fair in each city. Since its inception the show has raised over $55 million for charity and scholarship funds, allowing hundreds of young people the opportunity to further their education.
